Returns
We want you to love your AVARIA purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds on eligible items. Please read carefully before submitting a return.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at helen@avaria.com.au within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
- Do not send items back until your return has been pre-approved by us.
- Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging, unused, with tags intact.
Return Condition
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for lost returns.
- A flat $10 shipping fee applies for exchanges.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue store credit, refund, or exchange.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Items Not Eligible for Return / Refund
- Cosmetics, skincare, and jewellery (due to hygiene reasons)
- Clearance, sale items, or products purchased during promotional events (unless otherwise stated)
- Items not in original condition, with missing tags, or damaged by the customer
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at helen@avaria.com.au within 2 business days with photos and a description. In these cases:
- We will refund all costs, including product cost and shipping (both ways).
- Or offer you a replacement, if possible.
- Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply — if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of our policy.
Discounts & Promotions
- Promo codes cannot be used on already discounted items unless stated otherwise.
- Any discount given is bound by the terms of the promotion.
