How To Apply

Step 1: Prep Your Eyelid
Start with clean, dry skin. If you have oily eyelids, apply an oil-free primer or a light dusting of translucent powder to help your eyeliner stay flawless all day.

Step 2: Shake the Pen
Give the blinc Liquid Eyeliner Pen a gentle shake before use to ensure the ink flows smoothly.

Step 3: Position & Apply
Hold the pen at a slight angle and start from the inner corner of your eye, drawing small, light strokes along your lash line.

Step 4: Build Your Look

For a natural look, keep the line thin and close to your lashes.
